Successful completion of our peer mediator training! 🎉
Over the past four weeks, six dedicated students from Grades 3 and 4 took part in our peer mediator training. On Friday, they proudly presented what they had learned: in the presence of the primary school classes, they received their certificates and demonstrated, using our new Peace Carpet, how conflicts can be resolved respectfully and fairly.
The Peace Carpet is now available to all children in the entrance area and is intended to help them settle disagreements peacefully and engage in conversation with one another.
We are proud of our new peer mediators and warmly congratulate them on successfully completing their training. Their important work at our school now begins. During breaks, they will be there for their fellow students and help resolve conflicts fairly. 🌈🤝
