Secondary School II

At the beginning of the school year, our 11th-grade students took part in an international exchange program with German schools across Europe. Our students proudly share what they experienced.

Student from Grade 11 – Oslo, Norway:

“Traveling during the school year, an absolute dream.

Hi everyone, my name is Jorris, and in 11th grade I went on an exchange trip to Oslo. It would take far too long to describe everything in detail, so here’s the short version.

At the start of the school year, I flew to Oslo to stay with my host family, where I attended classes together with other exchange students from different cities. After school, we explored the city and the islands around Oslo.

Visiting one of the museums there is an absolute must and they are definitely not boring. You will find exhibitions about adventurous expeditions, from the race to the poles to crossing the Atlantic on a raft. Of course, there is also plenty for anyone interested in Vikings. And last but not least, the breathtaking natural landscapes (tip: grab a bike and go exploring on your own).

Ready for a trip? 11th grade is your chance, don’t miss it.”
