His plays have been premiered at the Schauspielhaus Wien, Kosmos Theater Bregenz, Theater Osnabrück, Werk X-Petersplatz and Theater Heilbronn, among others.

The novel ‘Tiny House’ was published by Aufbau Verlag in spring 2025. Additional information is available here.

Emil lives in a tiny house on the edge of a model housing estate. His living experience is broadcast via livestream. When the tiny house burns down, he has to move on…

A story about the search for that very special happiness in living, loneliness in the digital age, memory gaps and networking meetings of right-wing extremists – told in a wonderfully biting and witty way.

You can find further information here.

Literature Competition

DISDH has been the organiser and host of the most important German-Dutch translation competition for pupils for many years. Young people from all over the Netherlands are called upon to translate a passage from well-known works of contemporary German literature into Dutch. Finally, the award ceremony takes place at our school, where the authors are present, and the best translation is honoured.
